The potato is a versatile vegetable, however, sometimes our palate requires something a little special... and we think this qualifies!

We’ve three tasty varieties, each with their own specialist use and flavour. Our collection includes 1.5kg each of:

• ‘Pink Fir Apple’ – this wonderful salad variety produces knobbly, firm tubers with a distinctive nutty flavour. Boil with the skins on for an exceptionally tasty spud!
• ‘King Edward’ – this classic maincrop selection is hugely popular. The creamy white floury flesh lends itself to creating the perfect roast potato – crunchy on the outside, light on the inside.
• ‘International Kidney’ – or the ‘Jersey Royal’ as it is more commonly known – produces uniform white-skinned tubers with a waxy texture and good flavour. A good salad variety, although can be grown as a maincrop.
