Delivery & postage
Postage and pakaging is free of charge on all items purchased via Kitchen Garden Shop. Please note that we only delivery to the UK mainland.
Delivery times
We strive to delivery your items as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please be aware that some products will only be available at specified times. In these cases, delivery times will be specified in the product details.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods upon receipt please contact us by e-mail or telephone within 7 working days and we will replace or refund the item as appropriate. Should you wish to return an item to us, you do so at your own cost.
